Every part begins as a digital model. We develop the shape, profile and mounting geometry in CAD, with the vehicle in mind.
Built layer by layer
Our two Bambu P1S printers turn digital files into PETG parts. The visible layer texture tells the story of how each part is made.
Refined with purpose
Designing and manufacturing in-house lets us revisit geometry and improve the product as we learn from real installations.
PETG. A deliberate choice.
We use PETG filament to manufacture our mud flaps. Its balance of toughness and printability makes it a considered starting point for the application. Final performance and fitment depend on the actual part and installation—not just the material.
